The problem

Academy tools are disconnected and outdated.

Martial arts academy owners, tournament promoters, and sanctioning organizations are forced to piece together generic gym software, spreadsheets, payment processors, and paper brackets. This fragmentation creates friction for families and limits business growth.

MARTIAL OS defines a specialized vertical platform architecture that unifies student belt journeys, trial lead intake, recurring retention, tournament bracket logic, and multi-location analytics.

What it is: A vertical operating system and modular software platform engineered specifically for the martial arts industry.
Why it exists: Generic fitness software fails to support rank progression, tournament rules engines, and family account structures unique to martial arts.
Who it serves: Academy owners, head instructors, tournament organizers, sanctioning bodies, students, and parents.
What I designed: System architecture, domain data models, normative specification suite v2.0, module boundary definitions, and workflow design.
Current status: Normative v2.0 specification suite detailing domain models and API contracts.
Proof boundary: The specification defines target system behavior and schemas. It does not claim live production deployments.
